Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Dauji Store ("the Store", "we", "us"), operating in Baldev, Mathura (Uttar Pradesh). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Area & Delivery Timelines

Dauji Store provides quick-commerce delivery services across Baldev town and nearby designated delivery zones within our operational radius.
Standard orders are delivered within 15 to 30 minutes, subject to weather conditions, local traffic, and store order volumes.
Operating hours: 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Orders placed outside operating hours will be scheduled for the next morning.

2. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Fresh dairy (cow milk, buffalo milk, fresh khoya) and Baldev peda are sourced daily. In the rare event an item is out of stock, customer support will offer an immediate replacement or full refund.
A standard handling fee of ₹2 applies to each order. Free delivery is provided on orders meeting our minimum cart threshold (₹199).

3. Payment Terms

We accept Instant UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit/Credit Cards, and NetBanking processed via Razorpay.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders. Exact cash or UPI on doorstep handover is accepted.

4. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel an order within 2 minutes of placement or before the order status moves to "OUT_FOR_DELIVERY". Once a rider has picked up the order and is on the way, cancellations are not permitted for perishable items.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from transactions on Dauji Store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
